• Assessment responses and results if you choose to send them to us. (Your responses are processed in your browser; they only reach us if you explicitly send them.)
• Phone number if you provide it when you contact us.

Information collected automatically

• Standard server logs may record your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the pages you visit, for the purpose of operating and securing the site.
• Local storage in your browser may remember small preferences (such as form inputs) so you don't have to re-enter them. This data stays on your device and is not transmitted to us.
• We do not currently use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or third-party advertising tracking on this site.

Information collected by third parties

• PayPal processes payments and collects the information needed to do so (your billing details, payment method, etc.). PayPal's privacy practices are at paypal.com.
• Calendly handles session booking and collects the information you provide when scheduling. Calendly's privacy practices are at calendly.com/privacy.
• Google Fonts serves typography. Google may log your IP address when font files load. Google's privacy practices are at policies.google.com/privacy.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver the services you request (process payments, schedule sessions, respond to your emails).
• Personalize a leave-behind PDF cover if you choose to include your name.
• Improve the site, the assessment, and our coaching practice.
• Protect the security and integrity of the site.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We will never sell or rent your personal information to any third party for advertising or marketing. We may use a privacy-safe email service to send you communications you've specifically opted into (such as scheduling confirmations or replies to your messages).

• Service providers: PayPal, Calendly, and our email/hosting providers, who process information on our behalf to deliver the services.
