The Rubi Ho Group offers the following through this website:

• The free Superpower Assessment and Organizational Alignment Assessment self-assessment tools.
• A paid 1-on-1 Deeper Dive coaching session ($195 USD as of the effective date).
• Other coaching, consulting, and educational content as listed on the website.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without notice.

3. Payment, Pricing, and Refunds

Payment processing

Payments are processed by PayPal and other third-party payment processors. By making a payment you also agree to the terms of those processors. We do not store your payment card details.

Pricing

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. We may change prices at any time. The price displayed at the time of purchase is the price you will be charged.

Money-back guarantee

Refunds for digital assessment purchases (if applicable) are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund.

4. Intellectual Property

Our content

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Superpower Assessment, archetype names, questions, scoring logic, methodology descriptions, written text, graphics, layout, and code — is the property of The Rubi Ho Group and is protected by U.S. and international copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission.

Your personal use

You may take the Superpower Assessment for your own personal or business use, print or save your individual results, and share them with people you choose. You may not republish, sell, or commercially redistribute the assessment, your results page, or any of our content.

Third-party trademarks

Any third-party names, marks, or frameworks referenced anywhere on this site (including but not limited to assessments and personality frameworks owned by other organizations) are the property of their respective owners. The Rubi Ho Group is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or licensed by any such third party, and any references are for descriptive or comparative purposes only under nominative fair use.

5. User Conduct

When using our services you agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading information.
• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.

7. Coaching Services Are Not Therapy

Coaching, consulting, and assessment services offered by The Rubi Ho Group are not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or believe you may need clinical care, please contact a licensed mental health professional or, in an emergency, call 988 (the U.S. Suicide and Crisis Lifeline) or 911.

8. Third-Party Services and Links

This website integrates with and links to third-party services including PayPal (payments), Calendly (scheduling), and Google Fonts (typography). Your interactions with those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third party.
